Not brand new to Houston, but I love good BBQ, and heard about Burns, I want to hear from others, is it better than Pappas?

That's not exactly a high standard but, yes, Burns is much better than Pappas. You'll find that Pappas Bbq is bland in comparison to the rich smokey flavor you get in the meat from Burns and other independently owned and operated BBQ joints in and around Houston.

Someone asked do they cater, and they said yes, you have to call to place order, but that can't be true because I been calling BURNS for two year's and I have yet to have them answer the phone for me
